WHAT TO EXPECT FROM YOUR NEW LANDSCAPE

Your new landscape will make an instant impact and only improves with time as the plants grow and reach full maturity.

• We typically plant larger specimens of balled & burlapped trees including 8-10’ tall shade trees, 7-8’ tall evergreen trees, and 6-7’ tall ornamental and flowering trees.
• Large shrubs are 3-5′ tall upon installation, while small shrubs, typically range in size from 12 to 24” tall, depending on the species.
• Perennials are typically in bloom to add instant color, depending on time of year at installation.
• Ornamental grasses range in size depending on species and time of year at installation.
• Annual flowers and bulbs can be interspersed between other landscape plants to add brilliant seasonal color.  Our custom planters are also loaded with annuals to provide continuous color from Spring through Summer and Autumn.

Lifetime Warranty Program

FS Landscaping Contractors provides a one-year warranty on most trees and shrubs we install (excluding labor costs), and even offers a lifetime warranty when a client signs up for our landscape maintenance program.  This warranty covers both the plant material and labor costs associated with any plant replacements when applicable, as long as we maintain your landscape through this program.

To keep your newly designed and installed landscaping looking its best, we’ve included 4 maintenance service visits scheduled over the course of a year (late winter, spring, summer and fall).   This program can be renewed indefinitely to provide a lifetime warranty.  Leave the yard work to us, and we’ll take care of the following:  Edging, mulching and cleaning out planting beds; fertilizing & weed preventative treatment; pruning shrubs; cutting back dormant perennials and ornamental grasses; and even winterizing shrubs with burlap, when needed.  Ask your Landscape Designer today for details.

Seasonal Planter Maintenance Program

FS Landscaping Contractors also offers an optional maintenance program for your custom seasonal planters we install.  The program, which provides three distinct plantings over the course of the year, can be renewed indefinitely.  Our program makes it easy to keep your pool, patio and porch planters looking their best all year long.

In Spring/Summer, we install fresh potting soil, long-blooming annuals and fertilizer.  In Autumn, the summer plants are replaced with plants that offer warm earth tones for seasonal color.  Our winter planters brighten up dreary days with evergreens and plants featuring berries or fruits for winter interest.
