New inground concrete or gunite swimming pools will typically take about 6-8 weeks to build once a permit is issued. Larger pool projects with custom features will take longer.

All swimming pool projects in Philadelphia area will require a topographical survey plan by a third party engineering firm. Once that is completed a permit application needs to be applied for and submitted for approval. In some cases, the project will need HOA and/or Conservation approval. Once the permit is approved our crews can typically start the pool project within 2-4 weeks of permit approval if the weather permits.
